What’s the best advice you ever received?
Tom – “Don’t let your lack of qualifications hold you back.
I am AAT qualified which is a huge stepping stone on its own. But with an array of further qualifications to choose from it seemed inevitable that I would continue studying. However, with a large family finding the time and energy is a huge factor so studies have been on the back burner for a few years. However, with sheer hard work and determination I have already achieved more than anyone ever expected of me and have come to Tribe with nearly 6 years of experience under my belt and knowledge you wouldn’t get from a text book.”
